My interest in leadership started because I wanted to make a change.
For as long as I can remember I have always heard the same thing: “You are too quiet.”
Words like this made me angry. I knew that I had a lot to share - I was just not comfortable enough to speak up.
The insight made me wonder:
How many amazing ideas are remained hidden because leaders don’t create the right prerequisites to collect them?
I decided to dedicate my time to enable a diversity of creative ideas.
Realizing that creating innovation friendly environments is my passion, I needed to be bold and face my fears in order to help others to thrive.
…and that’s how I went from a girl who didn’t dare to raise her hand in class to a woman educating the most prominent leaders in Sweden.
